The Friends of Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge are looking to contract with an individual to provide project management duties for the organization. This work will include duties such as: monitor and update records, manage electronic files, manage a QuickBooks Point of Sale program for the Tamarac gift shop, support the outreach and environmental education programs, communication related activities and assist with volunteer recruitment.
Anyone interested in applying should be able to work independently and in groups, work well with a diversity of individuals, enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for environmental education and conservation. Experience working with a non-profit organization preferred.
Contract estimate is $7500 over a 6 month time frame, approximately 50-60 hours per month (negotiable). Closing date is Thursday, April 24.
