The winning raffle ticket drawn at the Tamarac Photo Contest Award Ceremony belonged to Mary Lou Schmit of Detroit Lakes (in gray coat). Justine Boots (also pictured) managed the Tamarac Whitetail Quilt raffle effort where all 1200 tickets were sold in support of Friends of Tamarac.
